We are sorry to inform you that Sails Family Medicine has ended its association with Advent Health / Texas Health Medical Associates effective October 20, 2022 and is now OFFICIALLY CLOSED as Sails Family Medicine.
It has been more than a pleasure to serve you, my patients, your families and this community. Due to contractural restrictions, I am unable to disclose my future endeavors at this time as I explore what’s next. Just know that providing best-in-class health care for my patients’ life journey has been and will continue to be top priority.
