IMPORTANT COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT!
As of March 25, 2020
At Sails Family Medicine, the health of our patients and the safety of our team are top priorities. We have been working closely with our corporate office, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health departments to stay abreast of the latest information regarding COVID-19. In order to facilitate plans to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have opted to do telemedicine visits wherever possible. This will allow us to address any non-emergent issues via a video telehealth visit for our established patients. Call our office at 817-806-1130 during normal business hours (M-Th 8-5 and F 8-12) to learn more.
New Patients can call now to establish care at a future date once the restrictions have changed and the pandemic is better controlled or resolved.
Sick Patients If you are sick with fever, aches, sore throat, fatigue, or cough - CALL our office for instructions.
We DO NOT currently offer testing for COVID-19.
For Emergencies - PLEASE CALL 911 or go to nearest emergency department (ED). You may call us during normal business hours if uncertain about where you should go.
- If you have a routine wellness visit scheduled during this time of COVID-19 restrictions, we will reschedule it for a future date
- If You have a more urgent health issue and need to be seen - even after hours, GO to an urgent care facility
- If you need a prescription refill feel free to contact your pharmacy, send request via the portal or give us a call: M-Th 8-5pm or F 8-12pm.
